Drive up, and summon an agent

  1. Set location — choose on the map where you’d like to drop off your car. The ZIRX app will find the nearest Agent to your chosen location. Their full name and photo will appear on your screen, so you'll know exactly who you'll be meeting before you get there.
  2. Head to your destination — When you arrive your ZIRX Agent will be waiting for you, they'll greet you with their full name. On your app a security pin will show up, make sure the Agent is able to correctly recite it
  3. Hand over your keys— It's not scary, we promise! Our comprehensive $2,000,000 insurance fully covers your car. Your agent will then take your car to our highly secure, managed facilities where your car will be stored until you need it.


  • ZIRX it 5-7 mins before your arrival. This will ensure that we wait for you instead of the other way around.
  • When you arrive at your destination, pull over to the side of the street and put your blinkers on — so your agent can easily find you.

Summon your car back

  1. Set pick up location — Select “request pick up” on the ZIRX app a few minutes prior to needing your car and choose where you’d like it to be delivered. The app will again find the best suited Agent, this time to retrieve your car, and their full name and photo will again appear on your phone screen
  2. Head to your departure destination — Your Agent will text you when he is 2 minutes away from your chosen location with your car, so you won't have to wait around.
  3. Drive away in style — When your Agent arrives they'll ask for your full name and send a security pin to your phone. Confirm the pin that appears on your screen and in return you'll receive your keys. Simple.

Does ZIRX work in my city?

At this time, ZIRX is operating in San Francisco. We are aggressively expanding and expect to open in several new cities in the months to come. What if my phone dies while you have my car?

Our 800 number (800-977-ZIRX) can always be used for customer service needs, pick-up & drop-off requests and more. Call us and we'll get your car back to you.

What are the hours of operation?

Right now, we operate in the SOMA district of San Francisco from 8am to 8pm, but our mission is to provide this service 24/7/365, everywhere in the world.

What if there are no ZIRX Agents?

Well, that would be unfortunate and is highly unexpected. However, if all of our agents are busy helping other awesome customers get their cars parked, we will take note and do our best to make sure it never happens again. Bear with us, our revolution is just starting.

How long do I have to wait for ZIRX?

Waiting sucks, especially when you're in a hurry. So our goal is to have an agent arrive at the location of your car within five minutes.

What if I have a bad experience with ZIRX?
